In this Policy, “we”, “us”, “our” and the “Seller” refer to NATALIIA BONDARENKO. “You”, “your” and the “Customer” refer to the person placing an order through our online store.

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable European Union, European Economic Area or national law.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship orders to:

  • Poland;

  • European Union member states;

  • European Economic Area countries;

The countries currently available for delivery are displayed during checkout.

If your country or region is not available during checkout, please contact us at natalie@aroundjewellery.com before placing an order.

We may be unable to deliver to certain remote areas, restricted territories, military addresses, parcel forwarding services or locations affected by carrier restrictions.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing time is the period required to confirm, prepare, inspect, package and hand the order over to the carrier.

Standard in-stock orders are normally processed within: 1–3 business days

Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays in Poland.

During launches, promotions, holidays or periods of unusually high demand, processing may take longer. Where a material delay is expected, we will notify you using the contact details provided with the order.

3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Some jewellery may be produced after the order is placed.

The estimated production time for made-to-order products is: 7–15 business days.

The applicable production time should also be displayed on the relevant product page.

Production time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, the entire order will normally be dispatched when all products are ready, unless we agree to split the shipment.

4. PERSONALISED AND CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

Products involving engraving, non-standard sizing, individual specifications or other customisation may require additional production time.

The estimated production time will be shown on the product page, during checkout or confirmed separately before production begins.

Please carefully check all measurements, sizes, spelling and personalisation details before placing the order.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

5. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout and may include:

  • DHL;

  • InPost;

  • other local or international delivery partners.

Only retain the carriers that are actually available in your store.

The carrier used for a particular order may depend on:

  • the destination country;

  • the delivery address;

  • package dimensions and weight;

  • product value;

  • the shipping service selected during checkout;

  • carrier availability.

We may use a comparable carrier where reasonably necessary, provided that this does not materially reduce the agreed delivery standard.

6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

Poland

  • standard delivery: 1–3 business days;

  • express delivery: 1–2 business days;

  • parcel locker delivery: 1–3 business days.

European Union

  • standard delivery: 3–7 business days;

  • express delivery: 1–4 business days.

Other European destinations

  • standard delivery: 5–10 business days;

  • express delivery: 2–5 business days.

These timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm a binding delivery date.

Customs clearance, remote-area delivery, carrier disruption and local public holidays may extend delivery time.

Where we agree a specific delivery deadline with you, that agreed deadline will apply.

7. MAXIMUM DELIVERY PERIOD FOR EU CONSUMERS

Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, goods purchased by consumers in the European Union will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the sales contract is concluded.

If we do not deliver within the agreed period, you may ask us to complete delivery within an additional reasonable period.

If we still fail to deliver within that additional period, you may be entitled to terminate the contract and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

An additional period may not be required where:

  • we have refused to deliver;

  • delivery by a specific date was essential in view of the circumstances; or

  • you informed us before concluding the contract that delivery by a specific date was essential.

8. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before you submit the order.

The amount may depend on:

  • the destination;

  • the selected delivery service;

  • the package weight and dimensions;

  • the value of the order;

  • applicable promotional or free-shipping thresholds.

No optional paid delivery service will be added without your express selection or consent.

9. FREE SHIPPING

We may offer free shipping where the order meets conditions displayed on the website or during checkout.

For example:

  • free shipping within Poland for orders above 500 EUR;

  • free EU shipping for orders above 500 EUR;

  • free shipping during a specified promotional period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free shipping applies to the least expensive standard delivery method available for the destination.

Express delivery, remote-area surcharges and other optional services may still require additional payment.

10. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once the order has been dispatched, we will normally send a shipping confirmation to the email address or telephone number provided during checkout.

Where tracking is available, the confirmation may include:

  • the carrier’s name;

  • the tracking number;

  • a link to the carrier’s tracking page;

  • the estimated delivery date.

Tracking information may take up to 24 – 48 hours to become active after the shipping label is created.

The creation of a shipping label does not always mean that the carrier has already collected or scanned the parcel.

11. DELIVERY ADDRESS

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • recipient’s full name;

  • street and building number;

  • apartment or unit number, where applicable;

  • postal code;

  • city;

  • country;

  • telephone number;

  • any access or delivery instructions reasonably required by the carrier.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.

We will try to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after processing has started.

We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the Customer.

This does not affect any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

12. ADDRESS CHANGES AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are subject to the carrier’s rules and may not be possible.

The carrier may charge an address correction, redirection or re-delivery fee.

Where the need for redirection results from incorrect information supplied by the Customer, reasonable additional costs may be charged to the Customer to the extent permitted by law.

13. DELIVERY TO PARCEL LOCKERS AND COLLECTION POINTS

Where parcel locker or collection-point delivery is available, you are responsible for:

  • selecting the correct location;

  • providing a valid mobile telephone number or email address;

  • collecting the parcel within the carrier’s storage period;

  • following the carrier’s collection instructions.

If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be returned to us.

Additional costs for re-shipping may apply where the failure to collect was not caused by us or the carrier.

14. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

The number of delivery attempts depends on the selected carrier and service.

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

  • make another delivery attempt;

  • leave the parcel at a collection point;

  • request that you arrange a new delivery;

  • return the parcel to us.

You are responsible for following the tracking information and carrier notifications.

15. REFUSED OR UNCOLLECTED PARCELS

Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a valid exercise of the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you should also clearly notify us at:

natalie@aroundjewellery.com

Where a parcel is returned because the Customer:

  • provided an incorrect or incomplete address;

  • failed to collect the parcel;

  • was unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts;

  • refused delivery without notifying us of withdrawal,

we may deduct reasonable and documented direct return or re-shipping costs from any amount otherwise refundable, to the extent permitted by law.

This does not apply where delivery failed because of our error or the carrier’s error.

16. RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.

If you independently appoint a carrier that was not offered by us, risk may pass when the goods are delivered to that carrier, as provided by applicable law.

17. DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please inspect the external packaging when the parcel is delivered.

If the package appears damaged, opened, crushed, wet or otherwise compromised, you should, where reasonably possible:

  • inspect the contents in the presence of the carrier;

  • photograph the external and internal packaging;

  • ask the carrier to record the damage;

  • retain the packaging, shipping label and all contents;

  • contact us promptly at natalie@aroundjewellery.com.

Please include:

  • your order number;

  • photographs or video of the package;

  • photographs of the damaged product;

  • a description of the problem;

  • any damage report issued by the carrier.

Failure to report the issue directly to the carrier does not automatically remove your mandatory consumer rights, but documentation may help us investigate and resolve the claim.

18. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If tracking shows no movement for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please contact us at:

natalie@aroundjewellery.com

We may ask you to confirm:

  • your order number;

  • the full delivery address;

  • whether another household member or neighbour accepted the parcel;

  • whether the carrier left it at a collection point;

  • any communication received from the carrier.

We will contact the carrier and open an investigation where appropriate.

Carrier investigations may take 5–15 business days.

Your mandatory rights are not conditional on the carrier compensating us first.

Where the parcel is confirmed lost, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund.

19. TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT THE PARCEL IS MISSING

If tracking states that the parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. check the delivery address shown in your order confirmation;

  2. check with household members, reception, neighbours or building management;

  3. check any safe place or collection point identified by the carrier;

  4. contact the carrier;

  5. notify us promptly.

We will assist with a reasonable investigation.

We may request a written statement confirming non-receipt or other information required by the carrier, payment provider or insurer.

20. DELAYS

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances including:

  • adverse weather;

  • carrier congestion;

  • public holidays;

  • strikes;

  • customs procedures;

  • transport disruption;

  • security events;

  • incorrect delivery details;

  • remote-area restrictions;

  • events outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information where we become aware of a material delay.

A carrier delay does not automatically remove your statutory rights regarding delivery within the agreed or legally required period.

21. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

We may divide an order into multiple shipments where reasonably necessary because:

  • products are stored or prepared separately;

  • part of the order is delayed;

  • package size or insurance limits require separate parcels.

Unless stated otherwise before the order is placed, you will not be charged additional delivery fees solely because we choose to split the shipment.

Each shipment may have a separate tracking number.

22. COMBINING ORDERS

We may be unable to combine separate orders placed at different times.

If you contact us before dispatch, we may try to combine them, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Where orders are successfully combined, any adjustment to shipping charges is at our discretion unless required by applicable law.

23. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to:

  • import VAT;

  • customs duties;

  • customs clearance charges;

  • brokerage fees;

  • local taxes;

  • carrier administration fees.

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient.

Customs authorities may require personal identification or additional information directly from the recipient.

We do not control the amount of customs charges or the time required for customs clearance.

Customers should check local import rules before placing an order.

24. DELIVERY WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

For goods shipped from Poland to a delivery address within the European Union, customers will generally not be charged customs import duties at the border.

Applicable VAT is handled according to the tax rules that apply to the transaction and is reflected during checkout where required.

Certain special territories may have separate customs or tax treatment despite their connection with an EU member state.

25. CUSTOMS REFUSAL

If an international parcel is refused because the recipient does not pay applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees, the parcel may be returned to us.

Where permitted by law, we may deduct reasonable and documented costs incurred for:

  • original shipping;

  • return shipping;

  • customs charges;

  • carrier fees,

from any refund otherwise payable.

This clause does not apply where we incorrectly stated that all such charges were included.

26. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We may be unable to ship to locations affected by:

  • legal sanctions or trade restrictions;

  • carrier prohibitions;

  • war or serious security risks;

  • customs restrictions;

  • temporary transport suspension;

  • insurance limitations;

  • restrictions applicable to a particular product or material.

If we cannot legally or practically fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

27. PACKAGING

Products are packaged to protect them during transportation.

The order may include:

  • jewellery packaging;

  • protective materials;

  • product care information;

  • certificates or authenticity information where applicable;

  • an invoice or other required document.

Gift packaging may be available as an optional paid or free service where displayed during checkout.

Optional gift packaging will not be added without your selection or consent.

28. GIFTS AND PRICES IN THE PARCEL

Where technically and legally possible, orders marked as gifts may be sent without a printed document displaying the product price.

Invoices, receipts or tax documents may still be provided electronically where required.

Marking an order as a gift does not change customs declaration requirements for international shipments.

We will not declare an artificially reduced value or mark a commercial order as a non-commercial gift for customs purposes.

29. PRE-ORDERS

Products offered for pre-order will display an estimated production or dispatch period.

If a pre-order includes an in-stock item, the order will normally be dispatched when the pre-order product becomes available, unless split shipping is offered or agreed.

Estimated pre-order dates may change due to production or supply circumstances.

If a material delay occurs, we will notify you and explain your available options, including cancellation where required by law.
