RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A lifetime warranty is provided for jewelry made of silver and gold. Please note that the warranty does not cover items made with thread or textile cords.

Warranty service includes:

  • Elimination of defects caused by the manufacturer's fault;

  • Repair of minor damage, provided that all elements of the jewelry are present and its overall shape is preserved (e.g., chain breaks, reconnection of charms/elements, or defects in clasps and magnets);

  • Complimentary cleaning, polishing, and restoration of 24k gold plating.

Paid service is provided if textile or leather elements require replacement, or if the jewelry has defects or damage resulting from improper use or negligent handling (e.g., impacts, dents, mechanical damage to the chain, significant deformation, loss of jewelry elements, or loss of stones).

Delivery of jewelry for service within Kyiv and throughout Ukraine is carried out at the customer's expense (both ways).

According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172: Jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organogenic formation, and semi-precious stones are classified as goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged or returned.
